A: Bamboo Beans is a coffee company focused on selling selected coffee beans from various regions in Indonesia. We provide high-quality coffee beans that have undergone the best roasting process to preserve their original flavor.

Q: Where is Bamboo Beans located?

A: We are located at Jl. Ciawitali No. 140, Citereup, Kec. Cimahi Utara, Kota Cimahi, West Java, 40512, Indonesia.

2. Products and Quality

Q: Does Bamboo Beans also sell ground coffee?

A: Currently, we only sell whole coffee beans. This is so customers can grind the coffee according to their preference and maintain the freshness of the coffee aroma.

Q: Where do Bamboo Beans’ coffee beans come from?

A: We collaborate with local coffee farmers from various regions in Indonesia such as Aceh Gayo, Toraja, Bali, and West Java to ensure the best quality in every bean.

Q: What is the recommended way to store the coffee?

A: Store the coffee beans in a cool, dry, tightly sealed place, away from direct sunlight. Do not store them in the refrigerator as they might absorb odors from other food items.

3. Ordering & Payment

Q: How can I order coffee from Bamboo Beans?

A: You can order directly through our official website at www.bamboobeans.com. Select the desired product, add it to the cart, fill in the shipping details, and complete the payment.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: We accept various payment methods such as:

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay)

• Virtual Account (bank transfer)

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Yes, all transactions at Bamboo Beans are protected with an SSL encryption system and are processed through an official payment gateway certified for data security.

Q: The name on my card is different from the name of the person ordering. Can the transaction still be processed?

A: Yes, it can. However, a successful payment is considered valid because Bamboo Beans deems the transaction to have been approved by the cardholder.

4. Shipping

Q: Does Bamboo Beans ship throughout Indonesia?

A: Yes, we ship to all regions in Indonesia through our trusted expedition partners.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:

• Jabodetabek: 1–3 working days

• Outside Jabodetabek: 2–5 working days

• International: 1–14 working days (using EMS or TIKI International Shipping)

Q: Is there a shipping fee?

A: Shipping is free throughout Indonesia.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: The tracking number will be sent via email within 1 day after payment is received. You can track the delivery status through the website of the expedition service used.

5. Returns & Damages

Q: My item was damaged during shipping, what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately at hello@bamboobeans.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We will replace the item with:

• A new product (if stock is available), or

• Another product of equivalent value, or

• A full refund.

Q: Can I return a product if I chose the wrong one?

A: We apologize, but returns cannot be made if the mistake originated from the customer’s product selection. Please ensure the selected product is correct before checking out.

6. In-Store Pickup

Q: Can I pick up my order directly at the store?

A: Yes, you can. In-store pickup service is available at our address:

Jl. Ciawitali No. 140, Citereup, Cimahi Utara, West Java.

Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 2:00 PM (WIB/GMT+7).

Please show your order confirmation email upon arrival.

7. Account & Security

Q: Do I have to create an account to shop?

A: It is not mandatory, but we recommend creating an account so you can view your order history, save shipping addresses, and speed up the checkout process.

Q: How secure is my personal data?

A: We protect all customer data with an encrypted security system, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be sold or shared without consent.
