1. Overview
Bamboo Beans is committed to providing premium-quality roasted coffee beans. Each product undergoes quality control before shipment.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee products, our refund and return policy is limited and applies only under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item or wrong variant).
• The product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
• The return request is submitted within 3 (three) calendar days after the product is received.
Customers must contact us via hello@bamboobeans.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photo(s) of the received product and packaging
• Description of the issue
Return shipments must be sent to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Products with altered taste, aroma, or roast level preferences.
• Incorrect orders caused by customer input errors.
• Opened, partially used, or unsealed coffee packages.
• Discounted or promotional products.
• Gift cards or complimentary items.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we will:
• Notify you via email,
• Inspect the returned product, and
• Issue a refund through the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times by banks or card issuers may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and funds are not received, please contact us at hello@bamboobeans.com.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
All completed payments are deemed final and authorized by the cardholder or account owner.
If a customer initiates a chargeback, Bamboo Beans reserves the right to present transaction records, shipping proofs, and any related data to validate the purchase.
If the name on the payment method (card, account, or digital wallet) differs from the order name, the transaction remains valid and authorized, provided it was processed through a verified account.
By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they are the rightful owner or have permission from the account holder to make the transaction.
Chargeback-related refunds will only apply to the specific disputed transaction, and will not affect other completed orders or balances.
