SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This policy governs all fulfillment operations for Bamboo Beans. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Universal Free Shipping: All orders are delivered free of charge. Since the shipping is fully subsidized, the company reserves the right to select the most secure delivery method for each transaction.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Method & Fulfillment:

   To ensure product quality and secure handling, all orders are delivered via our Internal Logistics Fleet or specialized cargo partners.

   • Proof of Delivery: For security purposes, a signed Delivery Order (Surat Jalan) and a photo of the goods at the destination serve as conclusive proof of fulfillment.
   • Single Shipment: All administrative documents (Invoices, Receipts) are handed over directly along with the physical goods in a single fulfillment process.
4. Delivery Estimates: Domestic: 2–5 business days | International: 7–21 business days.
5. Order Tracking: Delivery schedules and status updates will be communicated directly via WhatsApp or Email once your order is dispatched by our logistics team.
6. Customs & Duties: Any import fees, taxes, or duties for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Restrictions: We do not ship to jurisdictions under international trade sanctions.
