1. Free Shipping Worldwide
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders placed through our website. There are no additional shipping charges calculated at checkout; the price you see for the products is the final price for delivery to your designated address.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
3. Dual-Delivery System (For Bulk & B2B Orders)
To ensure the safety of our premium products and maintain digital tracking standards, we utilize a Dual-Delivery System:
- Administrative Package: Invoices, receipts, and small samples are sent via official third-party couriers (JNE/J&T/etc) to provide a digital tracking status.
- Main Product Delivery: The physical bulk products are delivered via our Internal Logistics Fleet or specialized cargo partners.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track the administrative part of your shipment through the provided link.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bamboo Beans is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Bamboo Beans strictly DO NOT process transactions or ship products to countries currently under international trade sanctions or classified as high-risk jurisdictions by financial regulators.
