All prices listed on this website include Free Shipping. Transactions are processed via secure gateway partners using 3D Secure (3DS) technology. Any successful transaction authorized via OTP (One-Time Password) is considered a final and valid authorization by the cardholder.
4. Shipping Policy (Free Shipping & Dual-Delivery)
All orders are eligible for Free Shipping. To ensure efficiency and product safety, we utilize a Dual-Delivery System:
- Administrative Package: Invoices and product samples are sent via official third-party couriers (JNE/J&T/etc) to provide a digital tracking status.
- Main Product: The physical goods are delivered via our Internal Logistics Fleet or dedicated cargo partners.
5. Proof of Delivery
The fulfillment of an order is strictly validated by: (a) The "Delivered" status from the official courier for administrative documents; and/or (b) A signed Delivery Order (Surat Jalan) by the receiver at the designated address. These records serve as absolute proof of delivery.
6. International Transactions & Anti-Fraud Policy
We accept international cards. The cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the shipping address may differ from the billing address. In the event of any dispute or chargeback claim, we will submit all evidence regarding the transactions that occurred on this site to the issuing bank and relevant authorities to contest fraudulent claims.
