Proof of Delivery:
The fulfillment of an order is strictly validated by a signed Delivery Order (Surat Jalan) by the receiver at the designated address and/or photographic evidence of the goods at the destination. These records serve as absolute and conclusive proof of delivery for all banking and legal purposes.

International Transactions & Anti-Fraud Policy:
We accept international cards. The cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the shipping address may differ from the billing address. In the event of any dispute or chargeback claim, we will submit all evidence (including IP logs and proof of delivery) to the issuing bank to contest fraudulent claims.
