1. Returns (Coffee Products)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we only accept returns if:
- The product received is damaged or the packaging is compromised upon arrival.
- The items received do not match your order confirmation.
2. Returns (Equipment & Merchandise)
For coffee equipment, you have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to process the refund.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For bulk orders delivered via internal fleet, the customer is responsible for arranging the return to our workshop.
