Returns (Coffee Products):
Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we only accept returns if:
- The product received is damaged or the packaging is compromised upon arrival.
- The items received do not match your order confirmation.
- Note: We do not accept returns based on subjective taste preferences.
Condition: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods. Video Unboxing is mandatory for all claims. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.

Returns (Equipment & Merchandise):
For coffee equipment, you have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, any additional import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
